This recently renovated aparthotel is located 4 km from Aqualand and 15 km from Golf del Sur. The property is non-smoking and is located 29 km from Los Gigantes. Communication with Raluca was great providing us check in instructions which were so easy to follow! The apartment itself is newly renovated and it is first class. It is very ergonomic, spatious, tasteful, with 2 big balconies and has all amenities, 2 big smart tvs! Indeed, you feel like home. Easily the best apartment I ever booked. Location is right in the middle of where you should be with underground parking around, super markets and lots of restaurants. Cannot find better spot than that. Complex is served by 2 swimming pools and one of them is somewhat heated so you can enjoy them. Not many guests so you could easily find a spot next to the swmming pool. We would love to come back just to stay in the same place.

The property seem to have everything you would need even a washing machine and a rack to dry the clothes on. The patio was really nice, very comfortable! Because the balcony faces inwards it is not loud at night. They had some welcome drinks and ice-creams in the fridge which was very sweet. The location is awesome, within walking distance to the action, without the noise. Was able to chat with the owner on WhatsApp, they even let us in early which was much appreciated. Do not hang out any clothes or towels overnight.

In February, the sun on the terrace from 12.00 to late evening. Literally a few steps ( same floor ) from the pool where the sun rises earlier. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. If someone likes nightlife - a taxi costs 5 euros one way. Unless you have a non-drinking driver :-)))) Very nice and helpful owner.

The apartment looks exactly the same as in the photo. Very good location (near the beach, city center, supermarkets and restaurants). The apartment has everything you need (hair dryer, iron, etc.). The host Enrico is very friendly and responsible, he also gave us a lot of tips and since it was our first time on the island, these tips were very useful. Great view 😍 I recommend these apartments.
