The room was extremely clean, well-equipped, and professionally managed. The hotel offers 24-hour front desk service with friendly and attentive staff. A helpful tip for Chinese guests: if you don’t use WhatsApp, you can contact the hotel via WeChat (they’re already registered), which makes communication much easier. I’d also like to share two personal experiences. One evening on my way back to the hotel, I encountered an aggressive driver who was shouting. The hotel manager noticed, immediately checked on me repeatedly to ensure I was safe, and even went outside to assess the situation, assuring me that “safety is our top priority.” Their proactive care and sense of responsibility truly stood out. After leaving Cairo, my mother urgently needed a specific medication. I reached out to the hotel manager somewhat hesitantly, yet he still went above and beyond to help me find and purchase the medicine. This was clearly beyond his duty, but he assisted reliably and kindly. These experiences reflect the hotel’s trustworthy culture and thoughtful management. The staff are genuinely friendly and professional, leaving me with a warm and positive impression of Cairo and its people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and wish the business continued success and prosperity!

The place is comfortable, clean and beautiful - I felt so at home there. Even the sheets are hotel quality! And the neighbourhood is so safe and away from the noise, dust and crowds of the inner city, so it's a great place to go back to after some sightseeing. Tarek, Hossam and the entire team there are so helpful. They let me keep my luggage there and come back after a few days. I would definitely stay there again and ask to stay in the same room, which I missed as soon as I left.

I had a wonderful stay at Livingville in New Cairo. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a modern touch. It truly felt like home. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming. A lovely surprise was the chocolate gift they gave us at the end of our stay — such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended.

Our stay at Layal-Lemon Spaces Downtown was a truly amazing experience. Central to The Egyptian Museum, the Nile and the hustle and bustle of downtown Cairo, the property is immaculate. From the luxury beds to the gorgeous tableware, every element has been lovingly hand-selected. Having a kitchen, dining room and living room made our family's stay so enjoyable. High ceilings, large bedrooms and exquisite furniture - what a place to stay! The only downside is that being in the thick of things, you do get some street noise in the front bedroom, so come prepared. Unforgettable experience - we hope to return :)

Amazing Place! very quiet neighborhood , very clean, the resto-cafe has great food and good drinks, staff are extremely friendly and cooperative, and was very helpful when I needed to change the dates, even helped with early check-in.
