There are a lot of caffes around , shop is in the same building , the bus stop is opposite the apartment, you can go to Nicosia, Linassol….We enjoyed our stay very much. I stayed at LiV & Co for the second time, and once again I was warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The team is incredibly kind and made me feel completely at home. A family run hotel with a warm welcoming on arrival .. A boutique style hotel/apartment, the rooms are tasteful decorated with luxury bedding and towels . The rooms and surrounding areas are immaculate at all times Breakfast , lunch , snacks and drinks are served round the pool area overlooking the mountains . The prices are reasonable, the food and service was outstanding 5 minutes walk max you are in the village of Pano Lefkara where there’s plenty of cafes and restaurants . Larnaca airport is a 30 minutes easy drive to the hotel . I would recommend hiring a car

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay while in Larnaca! We had a 1-room suite on the fourth floor, overlooking a park and tennis courts. It was super spacious, and super comfy, with everything you could need &/or want for a multiple night stay. We really appreciated all the extras in the bathroom - the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion, and also the coffee maker (and pods) for use in the full kitchen. The whole building is super modern, and the location is just a short walk from the main tourist area of Larnaca. Free parking is provided on site, and an added bonus was the community washing machine and dryer. As if things couldn't get any better, we had a wonderful check in experience with the young man on the front counter - he was helpful, friendly, and the best asset of the suites!

This apartment perfectly suited my needs. Its location was perfect. I’m not a beach person so being inland a few blocks worked out well. The better restaurants and cafes are also found in the area vs the more touristy ones right off the beach. A few things to take note of: you’ll get the door code shortly before arrival. There’s no staff around, so make sure you’ve got a way to communicate. You’ll receive through Booking messaging very detailed and concise instructions on how to enter, WiFi, etc. Everything was very easy. I didn’t use the kitchen at all (the restaurants are better), but it seemed to have basic supplies, but no microwave. Also, the a/c, which worked great, is in the bedroom—not the kitchen/dining area. If you’re not overburdened by luggage, you’re in walking distance of the 425 bus which goes directly to the airport. Make sure you have data or a good downloaded map because the neighboring streets can be a little tricky. Everything was clean, comfortable, and immaculate. The apartment is good value and deserving of its high reviews. I’d happily stay here again.
