This recently renovated aparthotel is located 7.8 km from Europe Square and 8 km from Larnaca Marina. The aparthotel has a rooftop pool with a pool bar, as well as spa facilities and a 24-hour front desk. I stayed at LiV & Co for the second time, and once again I was warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The team is incredibly kind and made me feel completely at home. Everything was perfect, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. It’s such a lovely place that I can’t wait to return again. Highly recommended!

We got to this hotel pretty much as refugees from Israel, which sadly was forced into a brutal war, and the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful! Every single one of them was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and informative. This is an absolute gem, from the wonderful GM Yianoulla and everyone in her staff. We got there at 4:45am and still got a room! They could have told us to wait until 3pm and we'd be still happy.

Offering free WiFi and city views, Levante Holiday Apartments is an accommodation set in the heart of Larnaka, just 400 metres from Finikoudes Beach and 600 metres from Saint Lazarus Square. This recently renovated aparthotel is located 400 metres from Europe Square and 600 metres from Byzantine Museum of Saint Lazarus. The accommodation offers a lift, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. This apartment perfectly suited my needs. Its location was perfect. I’m not a beach person so being inland a few blocks worked out well. The better restaurants and cafes are also found in the area vs the more touristy ones right off the beach. A few things to take note of: you’ll get the door code shortly before arrival. There’s no staff around, so make sure you’ve got a way to communicate. You’ll receive through Booking messaging very detailed and concise instructions on how to enter, WiFi, etc. Everything was very easy. I didn’t use the kitchen at all (the restaurants are better), but it seemed to have basic supplies, but no microwave. Also, the a/c, which worked great, is in the bedroom—not the kitchen/dining area. If you’re not overburdened by luggage, you’re in walking distance of the 425 bus which goes directly to the airport. Make sure you have data or a good downloaded map because the neighboring streets can be a little tricky. Everything was clean, comfortable, and immaculate. The apartment is good value and deserving of its high reviews. I’d happily stay here again.
