Housekeeping service is included. Frankly speaking, I didn't have any expectations about the hotel but it definetely exceeded them! The room was very quiet, the cleaning was undergone every day. There were all the tools and machines in the room such as a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board. There was also a dryer but I found it out on the last day.... The GYM on the second floor is fully equiped. It took only 3 mins to get to the subway staition and the same distance to the food court with various Chinese (mostly) cafes. If you need to travel to Shaghai, have some private space and working area this hotel is a great choise. I'll be back for sure.

I loved everything about it. I also had a room with a view, which I absolutely love, and I was able to see the view of the train every morning. I honestly recommend it’s also very close to like a lot of local restaurants a lot of hair salons and etc..
