The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, booked taxis for me and one of them gave me a lift to another hotel (I booked both the Patagonia Apart hotel and the Apart hotel endurance. When I showed up at Apart one of the desk staff gave me a lift to Apart Hotel Endurance.
Breakfast included was lovely.

The place is a bit of a motel arrangement: 6 bungalows in a joint row, each with a separate outside entrance and a place for a car. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom.

Way bigger and nicer than other places in Puerto Natales. One night we stayed in a container for literally the same price. Great facilities and good breakfast. Private parking in the yard. Staff super nice and friendly.
