Situated in Zürich, the recently renovated CITY STAY - Franklinstrasse features accommodation 800 metres from Zurich Exhibition Hall and 4 km from Swiss National Museum. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment is super nice, modern, clean, spacious. The staff contacted via Booking's messaging system was super friendly. Although not in the central area of the city, tram 10 takes you directly there very fast. As we arrived on Sunday evening we noticed that the bathroom handle was broken. We wrote to the staff and they sent someone to fix it on Monday morning.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Everything was great. We liked the gym even though it was small.

I wanted the quiestest place I could find, and I searched lots of places on booking.com only to finally settle on this place based on previous reviews. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, the A/C was quiet, and I slept very well. The shower was great. The restaurant was awesome and the staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn't think of anything to write in the negative part of the review. If you want quiet, this is your spot.

The location of the hotel is excellent with a tram stop a few steps away from the building. The room was excellent in all respects - quality of furnishings, clean, comfortable, light and very quiet. The neighborhood has many restaurants and small shops. We will stay there again and wish we had discovered this hotel previously.
