Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. You also have access to a washer/dryer combo (we didn’t use) and a blowdryer. Handy tip: If you go to the digital butler button located in the check-in email, you can access operating manuals for all the devices. We really enjoyed our stay and would reserve again if we are back in Lucerne.

The aparthotel has family rooms. Self check in was very easy and quick. Modern bright and clean room. We haven’t seen a single stuff but we didn’t need anything anyways. Big privacy I like it. The kitchen is only available for long stay guest which is understandable, we didn’t need it. Overall a pleasant stay !
