He was very helpful when you had any queries or help.. Definitely planning to stay again. Location was great. Very close to Lugano and Como.. The apartment was big enough, beds are comfi as well. Magnificent stay in such a beautiful setting. We loved it. Spa, pools and warm lake were wonderful. Very peaceful and not over populated with tourists. A magical place to return, for sure.

Excellent central location about 15-20 minutes from Parco Ciani. Very friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. Self-service check-in via a code provided by the facility, which I found very convenient. Self-service check-out.
