The apartment was great. The view of the lake was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was really friendly. The location was perfect. And the Mondi Park is set up in such a way that even when 190 rooms are rented, you feel in a small, personal surrounding.

I really liked the warm and kind approach of Ms. Schuster as a property owner and manager. She has managed the hotel the way you expect from a family-run property. Besides, the location is excellent with an amazing view of the mountains, it´s close if you want to hike in the mountains, and especially if you plan the hike to the Hochschwab. If you look for that, I definitely recommend you to stay there.

I simply loved this apartment, I would love to live in it :) Still thinking of it sometimes, no kidding. Very nice for two people. Although the apartment is close to the train station, you can barely hear the noise of the trains, because of the location of the house. There are several apartments for short-term rent in the apartment building, but we didn't meet anyone, it was very quiet. The parking lot is covered on the street. You can take nice walks in the area. Spar is just 2 minutes walk away. I would love to go back sometimes. Green lake is about 40 minutes by car.

It is a new, well equiped, in quiet and green neighbourhood. I liked to have breakfast on the terrace ;-) Very pleasant communication with owner, very good value for money.

Podenhaus is a charming and luxurious residence that makes you feel like you are being entertained by nobles. The host was very friendly and is rightly proud of this masterpiece. Our apartment was designed and furnished to perfection, and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Our room featured some stunning views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains as well as the charming village of Bad Aussee. My wife and I were sad that we could not stay longer. A wonderful experience in every way.

The location was very good. Although on the main road, the property was well insulated and there were no noise problems. You do need a car to get around. The property is very tastefully decorated and comfortable throughout, with nice touches like an espresso coffee machine, beans provided! High quality kitchen with full oven, and hob with built in extractor. Excellent communication from hosts.
