There was a mix of heaters & the traditional fire place/stove (Kachelofen), which kept the apartment very warm. The Kachelofen was very useful for drying our ski gear which was a nice surprise - just be sure to have enough logs ready for each evening (you are provided with 2 free tokens to collect/refill logs which are roughly 2-5 minute walk away from the log cabin). The apartment was very clean, nicely laid out and homely, and it's location (apartment 30.1) was only a 2-3 minute walk from the slope/chair lift. Final note, the staff were really accommodating, especially the reception lady and the shuttle bus guy who stayed and helped us try and open our car roof box which was frozen shut.
