Brilliant! Luxury experience. Host was fantastic, helped us with tickets to Komani lake and Shala river and made good recommendations to places to visit and restaurants to eat in. Parking just outside the hotel.

Very great host, was super nice. Beds were really comfy and big, spacey room with the bathroom also being very good and cozy. The location is perfect - in the center of the city.

Location is superb, good facilities and lovely balcony, but main asset is family who run it. Lovely Anna and her son. Went above and beyond to help you, looked after bags for free even though not staying there after Theth. Washer and drying facilities. Printed ticket for our next bus.
