Unusual phenomenon for all Middle east countries is river - which was very nice. Convenient road junctions so you can reach easily downtown.

CheckIn was smooth, the location is very close to ferrari world, yas waterworld and close enough to yas bay waterfront.

The location is perfect, the swimming pool is fantastic, and the WiFi connection is stable. The apartments were cozy, clean, and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend it.

Underground parking is conveniently available for guests and residents. Had a great stay. Room was spacious and cleaning was done every day. I was lucky to get a non smoking room. Staff was super helpful and swimming pool was fantastic as well. Hotel is located in a good area, 20 min walk to the central bus station and there is plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
