Lovely bungalows, great view and clean. Fitted out to keep you warm even when it got cold with the warmers on the bed and heater in the room. Staff were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed the relaxation here, a little walk up to sapna (or cheap taxi) but we loved the walk to get us up and moving for the day

The check in process was easy, admittedly I was slightly confused but you are given a code to the front door and your room. This made the check in process easy as you could arrive at any time after your booking without the need to check in in person. I was only confused as this is the first time I’ve done this in Vietnam. Beds were super comfy and the hair dryer had a nozzle which is so good hahaha Also a really helpful team of staff that you can WhatsApp, they arranged a taxi for me as well. Not sure if it’s one person or a team but they are very helpful and answer any questions you might have!
