It really exceeded our expectations. Room is fresh and new. It has even 2 air conditioners which work super silently. We felt here like at home. In the room you will find: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, cooktop, iron, air fryer, kettles, dishes, etc. There is a big clean pool with a cool refreshing water. You can have unlimited coffee, tea and juices during your stay. There is a plenty of space to park your car and the shop promenade is only 100 meters away. You can have breakfast in the hotel if you want for 5€ per person. By the way a very lovely cat comes to your balcony and to your room (if you let her in). Please feed and pet her. She is clean and friendly cat 😊 we even joked that this hotel is “cat inclusive” 😀

The property is about 3km from a busy tourist hotel/shopping area. You are close enough to enjoy the benefits, but far enough away to not have to deal with the chaos. The hotel also runs a restaurant, hookah cafe, liquor store, tobacco shop, and a small market. So, you don't even have to wander far to get most of your needs met. The restaurant serves good food and prices are reasonable.

The location is perfect, very near the bus stop, park, and restaurants. Malls, Selfie Park, Old Town, Lara Beach and some tourist attractions are only one bus ride away, and paid 33 Lira per ride, kids are free. We use Moovit App to navigate through public transport. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The aircondition was in perfect condition. The water has very good pressure and very ideal. No power shortages or water issues during our stay. They have small pool at the back which is not an issue for me because it is only a small hotel with a few guest, so it doesn't get too crowded. The staff are very nice and accommodating.
