Great value for money in a central location in Kiyovu! My room felt like a boutique hotel for its design which I didn’t come across with my budget in any other places in Rwanda. Bathroom was fancy, bed comfortable and my own little patio a great place to enjoy coffee and relax. The pick-up service from the airport made my arrival to Rwanda super easy and it was included in the price! The ATM at the airport ate my card and the driver John was irreplaceable help in getting my card back, driving me to other ATMs and getting a local SIM on my first day. The two receptionists (Emma and the one lady whose name I cannot remember) were fantastic, security guards had always smile on their faces, cleaning lady was very dutiful (provided every day a new bottle of water, made my bed and changed towels although I tried to insist it was unnecessary 😊 ), buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious and drinking water tank a great addition to their service. It was easy to get a moto with a short walk up a little path to a bigger street. And even though moto drivers do not right away know One Click Apartment, it is easy to just ask to head to Kiyovu area and from there on give instructions with Google maps to find the exact location which is the key to navigating to most smaller establishments in Kigali. A big thank you to One Click Apartment and hopefully new guests get to enjoy the place as much as I did!

The location is good, close to the city center. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean, and the service is very good. The family lives in three rooms, and there are three toilets that are particularly convenient. The price/performance ratio is very high, and I will book it next time.

Exceptionally clean and Modern, the breakfast was consistent with a lot of variety. The staff were kind and non intrusive. Josiane at the front desk was always ready to help. They rooms are cleaned everyday. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place in Kigali. They exceeded my expectations indeed. 👌

The host is very gracious, allowing us to check in very early and also assisted with our late checkout request. For this alone he gets an excellent rating. There is a restaurant on site, the staff are pretty cool, especially King. The 2 bed apartment is big enough, nice views, shame we didn’t get the 6th floor we booked but the ground floor which was really the 2nd floor was fine. The apartment requires some attention, which the owner is aware about. Please fix the shower head. Loved Rwanda, especially its people. Worth the Visit.
