From the first welcome upon arrival (Anna), until departure, I had one of the best holiday experiences. Each and every staff member is welcoming and helpful. I stayed in a studio which was well appointed and aesthetically appealing. The location is excellent and within walking distance to most of the sites which need to be ticked off the list. Even the Dom Luis I Bridge across to Vila Nova de Gaia is manageable by foot. I highly recommend a stay at S. Bento Residences and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed over New Year’s Eve, it was absolutely amazing. They view was great and the location perfect right in front of the river and plaza. We were able to see the fireworks from our window. We had the apartment on the fifth floor, which was the only apartment on that floor. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit too early but we were able to store our luggages and they even brought them up to our room before we checked in. They guided us up and explained us the apartment, provided us complementary fruits and a bottle of sparkling wine which was very accommodating. The breakfast was small and okay, fresh fruits, cereals and we could choose between an omelette or a pancake. Overall we were very happy with our stay and can 100% recommend it!
