Communication with the property was smooth, clear, and very efficient. The entire check-in and identification process is handled online in a quick and user-friendly way, through a form sent via a dedicated link. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary comforts. We particularly appreciated the presence of a washing machine, which is extremely convenient for longer stays. The room was well ventilated, with a great air exchange system ensuring fresh and pleasant air circulation at all times. The kitchen was spotless and well supplied with all the essential utensils and tableware, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom spacious and perfectly clean. The reception staff were always kind, courteous, and available, ready to assist at any time with professionalism and a smile. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the city center, in a quiet and well-served area, ideal for easily reaching all main attractions. To further improve an already excellent service, I would suggest providing clearer information about the room cleaning policy and offering the option of daily housekeeping. During our four-night stay, the room was not cleaned; we did our best to keep it tidy, but a daily bathroom cleaning service would help maintain optimal hygiene standards. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I would definitely recommend.

We didn’t eat breakfast at the apartment-hotel but our apartment was just wonderful. So peaceful, very well laid out and the rain shower was fab. The beds were super comfy and the closet areas, yes, there were two, were just perfect. We spent 4 nights in Krakow at the H11 and loved the convenience of being so close to all the main attractions. Ewa, Natalie and Ira at the reception were so helpful, kind, friendly and professional. Thank you for all your recommendations, helping us with tour bookings and radio taxis.
