We stayed at the hotel for one night after our visit to Wadi Shab. The property is new and located in a convenient area. The service was excellent—staff were very helpful in recommending good restaurants and nearby supermarkets.

Don't understand where the low rating comes from. I had a great experience. Clean and newly renovated room. Lovely owner who allowed to check out later. Great location near the Souq. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation so I guess the ratings refer to the old hotel
