The location is absolutely great. The Botanic Gardens and Hagley Park as well as a range of restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The staff was amazing - having to deal with my delayed flight and also my left items. Everything was a breeze.

Great location - close to the tram and grocery store. Made our own supper and breakfast. Breakfast was not included. We had a lovely patio where we ate our meals outside.

This is our 3rd stay here as it is close for us to meet with family. The appartments are a bit older but always very clean and good value for money. The owners are quick to accommodate us if we need extra blankets or towels. We will stay there again.

The accomodation was absolutely gorgeous, we found everything we needed. We very much appreciated being able to keep our car parked securely while we completed an event at Hagley Park. Communication was easy and timely.
