This is my 2nd Grand Base hotel on this trip. These hotels are noted for their cleanliness, larger rooms, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, smaller buildings and high tech toilets. It’s only about 7 minutes to the train station. Check-in and out were easily done on a tablet. Highly recommend!

The ground unit offered a huge space for a family of 4, with a super modern, beautiful clean room, a strong wife and all the facilities you could have asked for - including cooking. The price was good for what you get, and we wish we had spent a third night in Nagasaki. The location requires transport anywhere you're going - you could easily drive or take that electric tram.

It was in a good location, close to Chinatown and a short tram ride from the Peace Park and Museum. The apartment, although compact, had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The owner of this small property is one of the sweetest individuals I’ve ever encountered, and her hospitality is truly exceptional. This review, however, is an honest assessment of my stay. The room was stunning and remarkably spacious, particularly by Japanese standards. The minimalist design is executed with the skill and precision of a talented interior designer, creating a space that feels far from austere. I found myself wishing I could live right here, in this wonderful space, in such a beautiful city. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, including excellent coffee from a local shop, tea, and carefully selected snacks. If I return to Nagasaki, I would undoubtedly seek out this place again. It’s one of those hidden gems you hesitate to praise too highly, for fear it might be fully booked next time you’re in town.
