The host Paola was amazing. She arranged a water taxi to meet us at the train station and met us at the taxi stop to walk us to the apartment. Our laundry was done free of charge. Paola dropped off the most delicious croissants in the morning. She recommended restaurants and made reservations for us. Better service than a 5 star hotel.

We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from St. Mark’s Square, yet the apartment was remarkably quiet. The place is brand new, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome. There’s no breakfast included, but that wasn’t an issue at all, there are so many amazing cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s actually a great way to start the day and get to know Venice in the morning atmosphere. We couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation in Venice—highly recommended!

It was an amazing experience! The location is really good, near the subway but on a quiet street. When we arrived we were met by a friendly staff member who gave us a map of Venice and recommended the “must see” places in the town. The wifi was great and we also enjoyed the Tv in the room, we even watched 2 movies while we stayed there :) The breakfast was also great, I am a vegetarian but there still were plenty of options for me. We stayed for 4 nights, after we checked out the staff even offered for us to leave our heavy luggage there so we could enjoy our last day! 10/10 would recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice. The location was ideal—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment itself was very spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner. They were incredibly responsive, even to our late-night questions, and went out of their way to accommodate us—allowing us to use the bathroom before our official check-in time, which was so appreciated after a long journey. A truly smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
