I have to say that I don't know why this apartment has a rating of only 9.1. We travel a lot and have definitely experienced worse in a rating of 9.1. It's nice and clean appartmen the beds are comfortable and the facilities are great. I definitely recommend it.

The location was superb. Very close to the train station and to the main stop of buses coming from and going to the airport, and not far from the main attractions. Breakfast was delicious, incredible offer of bread and pastries, cheese and crude ham. The personel was also always very kind.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice. The location was ideal—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment itself was very spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner. They were incredibly responsive, even to our late-night questions, and went out of their way to accommodate us—allowing us to use the bathroom before our official check-in time, which was so appreciated after a long journey. A truly smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
