Fantastic place, everything was great! Parking place available (owner will direct you to a private parking where they have dedicated place). Similarly, there is a dedicated place in nearby beach, where you get key to a shack with sun beds, chairs. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the beach. We have stayed in apartament "Vintage" which was perfectly clean, with comfortable beds, and spacious bedroom with both shower and bathtub (towels and hairdryer included as well). Delicious breakfast available downstairs (both savoury and sweet). It's possible to rent a bike, no charge. Grocery shop and restaurants close by.

Situated just 700 metres from Bagno Al Granso Beach, Sabbia & Mare provides accommodation in Rosolina Mare with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as bicycle parking.

New, high-standard facility. Excellent air conditioning. We were given a better room than the one we booked – it was larger and had a better view. Marinela is a wonderful person who will help you with anything. The swimming pool is excellent. And most importantly, on the day of departure, you leave your room but can still use the swimming pool and car park – it's a real convenience!

The apartment itself was just amazing - a good mix of modern facilities in a older characterful building. Everywhere was spotlessley clean and the apartment was unexpectedly serviced daily. The location was just perfect as well - everywhere was easily walkable and we felt very safe walking back there at the end of the night. But that was just the start - the stay was made so special by the two ladies that man the reception - Michaela and Paola. They arranged our transfer from the airport and then met us where our taxi dropped us. They gave us lots of advice on where to go and how to get there and then surprised us with unexpected breakfast treats one morning. We also left our luggage there on our last day as we were on a late flight out.

Good location. It’s close to most of the attractions (about 10 -15 mins walk). The apartment is spacious and clean. Our room even has a view to the canal where we can see gondola riding every day. Good communication with the property owner with WhatsApp which is good.
