Very nice and big apartment. Perfect location with sea view, just a couple minutes walking to the beach. Clean swimming pool with a lot of deck chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Really recommended for families with children - this nice swimming pool can save your vacation in case of windy weather in beach. All shops and restaurants in same street.

I have to say that I don't know why this apartment has a rating of only 9.1. We travel a lot and have definitely experienced worse in a rating of 9.1. It's nice and clean appartmen the beds are comfortable and the facilities are great. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from St. Mark’s Square, yet the apartment was remarkably quiet. The place is brand new, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome. There’s no breakfast included, but that wasn’t an issue at all, there are so many amazing cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s actually a great way to start the day and get to know Venice in the morning atmosphere. We couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation in Venice—highly recommended!
