The host Paola was amazing. She arranged a water taxi to meet us at the train station and met us at the taxi stop to walk us to the apartment. Our laundry was done free of charge. Paola dropped off the most delicious croissants in the morning. She recommended restaurants and made reservations for us. Better service than a 5 star hotel.

This was an exceptional property. The location is amazing, very central and you can literally walk to great shops and restaurants. The suit is nice and large and perfectly decorated with great quality lined and decor. The staff are truly exceptional, they give great advice and assistance - they really respond to every need. They were even able to track down a very remote jewelry store for me. You cannot go wrong with this booking - it was such a pleasure staying here. This was indeed a great find and we would love to visit them again.

We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from St. Mark’s Square, yet the apartment was remarkably quiet. The place is brand new, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome. There’s no breakfast included, but that wasn’t an issue at all, there are so many amazing cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s actually a great way to start the day and get to know Venice in the morning atmosphere. We couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation in Venice—highly recommended!
