It is a very nice place with big appartaments, with all you need in kitchen and bathroom. Closer to a very clean beachs. It was very quiet in the night. A very very very good accomodatiom.

The room was really beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is really close to the main train station, bus stop (Piazzale Roma) and many water stops for vaporetto (10 minutes walk), so it’s very convenient. The staff were really kind, friendly and polite.

We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from St. Mark’s Square, yet the apartment was remarkably quiet. The place is brand new, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome. There’s no breakfast included, but that wasn’t an issue at all, there are so many amazing cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s actually a great way to start the day and get to know Venice in the morning atmosphere. We couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation in Venice—highly recommended!

The apartment is new, modern, clean, large - good for us three guests. It had Netflix! The internet service is very good and easy to use. The apartment is close to St. Mark's Square. Communicating with the hosts is easy. They were very responsive and gave information fast enabling us to decide fast also and be reassured. They accommodated our requests such as three extra pillows, earlier check-in, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The amenities were great! There were two bathrooms. The ensuite toilet shower enclosure was large, and the faucets and shower were working well. There was hot and cold water in the faucets and showers. The apartment had a large kitchen cum dining room. The kitchen was furnished. It had pots and pans, plates and utensils, glasses, and cups and saucers. They provided free water, oilve oil, and salt. There were fresh and quality sheets, pillows and beds, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash, and toilet paper. The hairdryer is powerful and heavy duty. There is a washer and dryer at the ground floor, as well and an iron. This place is superb!
