Our stay at Fortaleza Charme House was absolute perfect, and every detail felt thoughtful and warm. The space is beautifully designed—sleek, stylish, and feels both modern and in tune with the city’s historic charm. The furniture is comfortable, and the location was perfect. We booked the private parking garage of the hotel and didn’t drive once we got there—from the hotel, we walked 5-10 minutes to the Old Town’s main square. Our booked room was with a large balcony and wonderful sea view. Can have some drink there and enjoy the moment of sunset. Really chill and beautiful. Francesco was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our trip smooth: he mapped out local sightseeing routes and recommended hidden-gem restaurants nearby. He was available through the WhatsApp for any question we have.

Lovely location in the middle of the old city, walking distance from harbour, restaurants, historic buildings. Nice cafe next door for breakfast. Great apartment with all the necessary facilities. Really helpful staff who let me use a room for meetings and went out of their way to help. Highly recommended.
