The apartment was absolutely new, very comfortable and clean. The owner was always available and helped us whenever we had questions! The location is close to the train station and the waterfront. The price-quality ratio is top notch!

We did our wedding at Como and Domus Plini was our “base of operations”. We got an update to the best room on top floor, that was really amazing! But even without this fact the place is really impressive, almost perfect. It’s away from all the touristic crowds, close to the water and have got own dock in case you want to move by boat, there is also a ferry station very close. It’s beautiful building with impressive facilities, nice garden with pool, own parking space with electric chargers. Rooms ate stylish and gave me 70s vibes which I like a lot. Great restaurant with best food, you don’t need to out they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was very-very helpful, professional and polite, I must say Grazie Mille one more time to the whole team! One important thing, photos here do not give a full picture how beautiful and nice the whole property and rooms are, just trust me with that!

Absolutely outstanding stay. I could not fault it. The check in experience was the best of all of my 3 week stay in Europe, the customer service was just beyond exceeded any expectations. The breakfast I was the only guest, yet they went above and beyond for me. The room was beyond beautiful and just felt like heaven. The owner was incredibly generous with both his time, and assisting me when I had fallen ill. I cannot wait to go back and stay for a longer period.

Very good communication with the host, impeccable cleanliness. The lack of breakfast at the accommodation was not a problem given that 10 meters from the guesthouse there is a cafe and a salumeria, with delicious fresh local cheeses and specific sausages. The complex has several apartments, the most beautiful one overlooking Lake Como, as well as a beautiful garden where you can relax with a glass of prosecco. The complex is an oasis of peace in the middle of the tourist bustle. I highly recommend and we hope to return someday. Many thanks to our hosts Daniela and Anna.

Visiting La Marina since 2011. It's a pleasure every single time. You feel welcome, you feel at home. The rooms/suites are very nice, everything you need can be found. There are lots of possibilities for day trips in the area (Bergamo, Lake Como, Iseo, even Milan can easily be reached) or just for a lazy day at the pool. The food in the restaurant makes the stay perfect, local ingredients and the cook knows what he's doing. Will come back for sure!

this apartments had the best view of lake, while arriving the nicest person Sheryl contacted us to make check in, i was scared that i had to go in another place to check in as comments said but no, Sheryl helped us in everything! not only in accommodating comfortably, but she gave us detailed information and tips for perfect trip. rooms were huge! kitchen and bedroom huge! some rooms are with big gardens everything that you’ll need. location amazing, near bus station, market, bar and 2 minute walk from ferry station, 10 minute walk from Tremezzo. great experience totally recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing 3-day stay here! The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and offers a stunning view of Lake Como. The bed was honestly the most comfortable we've ever experienced through all our villa and apartment rentals on Booking.com! Communication with the owner was seamless — Dacia was an incredibly responsive and helpful host. What was very important for us - there was a place for our car, which is somewhat not easy to find. We truly hope to come back again soon!
