It is one of the best places to stay in Lecce, in my opinion. Perfect location to access all of the historical town and parking close by. Rooms were beautiful and so clean. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Lecce.

Very hospitable n helpful staff. They really went out of their way to accomodate us. Tks to Flavia in particular. The location just inside the old city (past the Napoli gate) was great. The building architecture was just beautiful. Well done!

The sleeping conditions were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and communicative.

Tenuta Don Carmelo is located in Lecce and features a saltwater pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay.

Wow! We loved it here. Just outside Lecce with easy access to the city Cavallino just down the road with a little supermarket, Conad with lots of other stores is 5 mins in car. Excellent restaurant at the end of the road, (ignore the Yanks low scores) Perfect location. Quiet but accessible. Simona was the perfect host as were Rizu and his friends, who were helpful. Pool was lovely and clean. We adopted the cats! Even made a special trip to Sisu in Cavallino to get cat food. Would recommend and hopefully we can return (minus stroppy teen) to use as a base and continue exploring southern Puglia. PS loved the memory foam pillows

The facilities are very esthetic and inspiring with great design. The inner garden offers a peaceful and visually pleasing environment with a pool area and not only. There is also a very nice large terrace on the roof top, where you can enjoy the sun or the evening. The hospitality was outstanding. Dario picked us up from the Lecce train station, which made our arrival stress-free and was helpful in providing any information we needed. Each morning we were greeted with croissants, home baked cake, fresh fruits and delicious coffee served by Lilla. Dario and Lilla, thank you for that :). The neighborhood is very local, with few tourists, which allowed us enjoy the culture of San Cesario di Lecce. As to practicalities, there is Coop market 2 minutes walking distance. Food lovers must visit the pizza restaurant Le Pizzecate: https://restaurantguru.com/Le-Pizzecate-San-Cesario-di-Lecce . Giuseppe, the owner, made our dining experience truly special with his warm hospitality and delicious food.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning 16th-century Airbnb, which has been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated to blend historical charm with modern luxury. We stayed in the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail has been considered, from the high-quality linens and well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and thoughtful amenities. The host truly thought of everything. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool. The host was amazing, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He met us on arrival, gave us a full tour, and explained everything we needed to know. The little touches that they have added throughout our stay made a big difference and showed how much care and pride they take in hosting. The property is perfect for larger groups or two families traveling together, as you can rent out the entire place. We can't recommend this place highly enough, an exceptional experience that blends history, comfort, and hospitality in the best possible way
