The male duty manager was very accommodating. Since I was traveling alone to a new city she endured i was comfortable and got a room with windows not balcony as asked for. I forgot her name but she was very helpful. Hotel is surrounded by a small mall. It's not noisy in the hotel

We had a great stay at kyomi hotel, The hotel was very well equipped, we felt like home! the staff were so kind and friendly and also very helpful. They took care of everything and They handled it quickly. The hotel was at a very good location, clean and quiet. We went for a exam in India and they make sure that we can study in a quiet place there. Room service was also very good. They even wash the dishes which was very helpful to us! I highly recommended it to my friends.
