We had the beautiful corner room, with a balcony to the sea and the town. It was light and airy. We enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the town in the early morning and the magical views at night. It is very close to everything: coffee, bakery, icecream, swimming in the sea and all the restaurants. The room is so clean and we found everything we needed. But what made our stay really special was the feeling of being welcomed by Ifgenia and her sister and mother. You can feel their personal touch in the house, it is warm and cozy. We could only stay for 2 days and leaving was hard. We have been to Kardamyli a few times but Ifgenia’s rooms has a special place in our heart. Thank you! And hope to be back soon.

Since this was the first time we stayed at Mantinia Bay Hotel, we can say it was exactly what we needed and we were delighted with the place. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was very spacious with a nice terrace and a small kitchen corner, which to be honest we didn't use for cooking but it was still very useful to have. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the cleaning service was very detailed. We didn't miss any accessories, even if we didn't find something in our room upon arrival we received it the next day. There were enough parking places in the hotel's parking. The hotel beach is across the street and there are enough sunbeds for the guests. Since we were trying every day for lunch another taverna, we only had lunch once at the hotel, but it was good. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but nothing fancy or extraordinary ( which was not what we were looking for anyway ), and it worked perfectly with the timeless Greek village feeling that you have there. And last, but definitely not least, the personnel was friendly and always there to help. One thing that needs mentioning, the beaches in that area are rocky, not sandy, beaches. It took us probably 2 days to get used to, but then we were just fine with it since the rocks were round and not pointy, and in the end we actually loved it, it was a good daily reflexology :D A small tip, wait in the water for the sun to set behind the mountain across the gulf. We loved it, including our 4 years old.

The breakfast was delicious at the beach restaurant/, bar across the street. We ended up loving it so much that we also had dinner there, and staid at the lovely beach. Can highly recommend the hotel if you want to stay in the beach front of Kalamata. Room was great, clean, brand new, comfortable a/c unit, staff was also very helpful.

When you book at Terra Di Pietra, you become part of the owner's family. You are welcomed with open arms, pampered, fed, covered with attention and generosity. That level of attention and generosity is also found in the hotel itself. Every inch of the place is stunning, high quality and designed to make you feel like royalty. The place is not yet 100% finished (pool will be added by next year) and by then, I suspect it will be very hard to find a room without reserving a year in advance! If you plan on visiting Areopoli don't hesitate! (3 min walk).

The property was in a perfect location between Stoupa beaches and kalgoria beach and it was so peaceful where were were and only a 5-10 min walk to all the main bars and restaurants in Stoupa front. The towels and bedding were clean everyday and we had all the facilities required for self catering. Could not have asked for more.

Absolutely everything! It has the luxury of a five star suite but all the self catering items you could wish for. Everything was thought off from toaster to sandwich maker to coffee machine, juicer and much more! The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom fabulous. Marie the owner was very welcoming and they keep the pool and grounds immaculate. Everything was spotless and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

We were self catering and the facilities were excellent including a microwave, toaster and kettle in addition to the 2 rings and fridge. Bed were very comfortable. Shower was excellent with lots of hot water. The ladies who owned it were lovely and helpful. The room was cleaned every 3 days.
