Really friendly hospitable staff. Apartments plus a restaurant plus car high business. Genuine discount for guests on the car hire. Great location looking out over the water to Sami, watching yachts come into the harbour. Saw dolphins from our balcony one day! Water side tables to have a lovely Greek meal in an evening. Great views of Agia Efimia from our balcony. Facilities were good for basic self catering, with a fridge for wine & chocolate plus a kettle, but lots of tavernas and shops nearby. Glass shower screen - no sticking shower curtain!!

Perfect location in the middle of the island, everything is close. Great apartment, all clean, well equipped, comfy beds, very quiet air conditioning, daily cleaning service. Big balcony, wonderful view to the garden and the sea. Great manager, always available. No problem with parking the car just next to the hotel. The best beach Antisamos just 15 minutes drive.

Lovely location, beautifully furnished room. Nikos the owner was fantastic, whatsapped me when we landed from his personal number offering to help in any way - he even dropped me off at the local supermarket on his bike to get groceries. His suggestions for reliable car hire, dinner reservations and activities totally made our trip. Big thumbs up from us!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The accommodation has been beautifully renovated, with very clean and modern rooms (that are also regularly cleaned). We started each morning with breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the sea view and the beautifully maintained garden. The location is great, with a supermarket just across the street and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. While we tried several local restaurants, Phaedra stood out as our favorite. Every dish we ate was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and had a modern twist. The staff there are also very friendly and charming. Our host, Alex, was the beeest! Alex and his family, are working hard to ensure their guests have the best experience. Their dedication and positive attitude truly made our stay exceptional, and it was evident that they strive to provide top-notch service. We highly recommend this accommodation! The rooms were very tidy and clean, plenty of space in all. From the terrace there is a wonderful view, there is a large table with chairs where you can admire the landscape in the mornings and evenings. The yard is large and well-kept, children can play peacefully. Outside there is a large barbecue, where in the evening one can sit and eat in peace. I was able to charge my hybrid car. The hostess could learn a little better English.

Everything was great. The location is perfect, neat the pedestrian area with tavernas and shops. We could easily find parking just near the building. The building is beautiful and modern both on the exterior and interior. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Air-condition and mosquitoes nest were functional and very helpful. There ia nothing to complain about, would stay here again.

The property is 250 metres from Spasmata, and Megali Ammo Beach. It offers free Wi-Fi, balcony, patio or garden view. A children’s playground is also available.

The breakfast basket in the morning, delivered to the door, was amazing and delicious. Simply the best homemade food.

A very calm, beautiful place to stay :) Peaceful and with the most amazing wiew and sunsets from the balcony !! Nice area with shopping and small tavernaes. Close to a natural and long calm beach, good for swimming. The path down tp this beach is nice ! So friendly and helpful staff , Thank You, hope to be back :)
