What a wonderful stay! The service was truly beautiful, we felt so welcome. Very child friendly both staff and facility wise. The rooms were well equipped and even had nescoffee machines. Late checkout and any of our requests were attended to quickly and kindly. The facilities were well kept, and beautiful with nice gardens and sea view.

Everything was perfect !! the bed is very comfortable, the balcony offers a wonderful view of the beach and the mountain at the same time. We were in the middle of platanias, 5 minutes walk from the beach. A special thank you to the host Angela who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Go for it without hesitation! M & O

The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The staff were lovely and accommodated a really late check in (2am). The accommodation and the pool area were very clean. I always felt safe even though I was travelling alone. The location was perfect, close to good restaurants and the beach.

Room was big and had all you need. Comfortable bed, different pillows, well-kept kitchenware (looks like new). The staff is amazing, helping us to get the best stay possible. Felt like a 5-star hotel concierge. Location is good, right on the beach. I was in the room at the top, and had decent view of the sea.

Great place for families just in the center of the popular village of platanias. A lot of nice restaurants and cafes within a walking distance. Although Platanias is crowded and busy in the summer we found the hotel really quiet and relaxing. The pool was big and clean and there was a smaller one for kids as well. Pool towels are also provided with an extra cost. A pool bar /restaurant is at site with fair prices. The room was large and clean with comfortable beds and a kitchenette with all the necessary accessories.

The owner was very nice, the room was confortable and very close to the beach. The pool was also nice. We arrived by a plane to the airport, and used public transport - bus to the final destination. The bus ticket is very cheap, it was ca. 5€. You go from the airport to Chania town, then you switch to another city bus at the Chania bus station and drive to the bus stop called Milos, that is close to the property. Would highly recommend. It was a good time for a reasonable price.
