Location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness. Literally steps from the beach, and very close to cafés, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The public areas were very tidy, clean and inviting. All in all, top experience! Shame we had to change hotel due to unavailability of accommodation there for the whole stay.

This is the best apartment I've ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. The host is the most enthusiastic and friendly person I've ever met. She prepared everything I needed for me! Everything in the apartment is so perfect - clean and big beds, beautiful gardens and a sunny living room. It's only a few steps away from the beach. Living here is definitely a good start to your trip to Crete!

This was our second stay at Katerina, and once again everything was perfect. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always very clean thanks to the lovely lady who took care of the cleaning. There’s also a beautiful little garden where you can relax, and right behind it is the beach – just a few steps away. The location is excellent, with everything close by: shops, restaurants, supermarkets, even Lidl. We truly recommend this place! Gosia & Bartek

Room was big and had all you need. Comfortable bed, different pillows, well-kept kitchenware (looks like new). The staff is amazing, helping us to get the best stay possible. Felt like a 5-star hotel concierge. Location is good, right on the beach. I was in the room at the top, and had decent view of the sea.

So many things to like! For starters we got a room upgrade which made things so much better for our stay. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful especially at reception and the bar. The all inclusive option was well worth it, highly recommend for families. We were able to use some of the facilities at the hotel right opposite which was lovely. Decent variety of food and drinks. The location was also perfect, lots of shops and restaurants around and only 20-25 mins drive to Chania town.
