This place was great! Check-in was smooth (thanks to the WhatsApp video), room was clean, and it was just a short walk to everything. You’re on the beach in under a minute. 🏖️ We weren’t looking for anything fancy — just wanted our own space without paying hotel prices. If you go in expecting a 5-star resort, you’ll be disappointed. But if you just want a clean, private place with a great location, this place nails it.

I stayed here for 4 days and I loved it. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The little kitchette was great. I got my shopping in the mini market, which was 2 mins away and ate breakfast and lunch every day on my bacony enjoying the beautiful view of the mountain. I had my dinner at the hotel twice, and the food was delicious. The family who run the hotel are so friendly and helpful. I hiked to the little white church, ancient thera ruins, and the monastry. The start of the hike track is 5 mins walk. It was the perfect base to explore the island. The beach and town centre were a 5 minutes walk. I swam and hiked every day. Room is cleaned daily with fresh bed linen and towels. The bus service is great too, I got the bus to Fira and Oia. Perissa has a laid-back, beachy feel. Fira and Oia are beautiful villages but were way too crowded. Every day I couldn't wait to get back to Perissa. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe and very confident in getting around the island. Perissa has something for everyone, a perfect balance of an active and relaxing holiday. I loved it here, and I will be back. Next time I will stay longer.

We had a very pleasant stay of 5 nights and everything was perfect for the price we paid. The staff is really nice, John is really helpful and offers to do everything to make your stay even better. The housekeeper is very friendly and they provide a cleaning service everyday. The location by the beach is perfect, there is a café, a restaurant and a small shop at 5min walk distance, open even during low season. The front yard / shared garden is pretty. The bed is incredibly confortable. The parking is very close by.
