This is one of the most lovely accomodation I have ever been to. This beautiful place is located in the middle of the old town Messaria, 10 min by bus to Fira. From there it is another 20 min to Oia. And to the bakery, mini market or bus station it is about 7 min by foot. It is a calm and quiet area, the room looks like a traditional cave house. From the balcony you can see the sunrise. The owner is very kind as well and I have got a sweet welcome snack. Thank you for this wonderful and unforgettable stay in Santorini. If I will come another time I will choose this place again.

A very charming hotel, the owner welcomes you with a smile and the rooms have everything you need. There’s even an iron! The hotel’s location is perfect—close to the airport when you arrive and near the port if you’re visiting other Cycladic islands. The town center is just a short walk away, with lovely traditional restaurants that are less touristy than those you might find in Oia. A final highlight: breakfast can be booked via WhatsApp to arrange your preferred time, and it’s served in total privacy at a small outdoor table right in front of your room—a real gem. I got married in Santorini and hosted my guests in two villas at Galaria Serenity Suites. The hostess of the suites is very caring and helpful, the guests did not miss anything, the suites were cleaned every day, and they also knew how to surprise the guests ;) There is a heated jacuzzi on the balcony and wonderful views of this traditional village. To get to the villas, you need to walk from the parking lot between the houses along the stairs, where you will meet cats and dogs, which is kind of cute for Greece. There are smaller shops and restaurants nearby on foot. If you want a luxurious suite in the traditional and peaceful village of Vothonas, then this is for you :)
