The property is located near to the bus station 13, but you must climb a little bit. It has a supermarket with all you need near. The garden looks amazing and the host was really friendly and helpful, offering us a greek coffee at arrival. Our room was clean and well facilitated

Everything was amazing, staff is really nice, rooms are spacious and beautiful, beds are very comfy, wifi is fast, kitchen has everything you need for cooking simple things. Hotel has pool and bar next to it. They provide continental breakfast there. Diamond restaurant close was amazing with their dinner menu for few euros, highly recommended :) We would definitely come back.

The accommodation is exceptionally clean. It is completely renovated and perfectly located. The last shelf was screwed on just before we arrived - it's that new. It is only an 8 minute walk to the popular beach "Megali Ammos" and only 8 minutes to the harbor/center. The owners were exceptionally easy for us to get in touch with and they were very keen to make sure we had an unforgettable vacation. The location is very quiet and also central at the same time. We couldn't have imagined a better location. A little tip from us - ask for a sunset photo on the terrace. Wonderful view.

From the very beginning of the reservation, Natassa was there for us. She won us over with her incredibly warm attitude, which was reflected in real actions—for example, our flight arrived early, and she welcomed us right away. She treated us with homemade jams, made by herself, along with wine, fruits, and she even baked an amazing cake (and shared the recipe). Our entire stay and planned activities were made possible thanks to her! The apartment smells wonderful, is spotlessly clean, and has comfortable beds and pillows. The design is new and modern. There’s a coffee machine with fresh capsules provided every day. There’s also a public parking area nearby. We would gladly return. A thousand thanks to Natassa! Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. Staff was extremly friendly. Customer service was outstanding. Room was nice and clean with wonderful view on the sea. Breakfast was great with varied selection of food. Free parking is also avaliable. I highly recomend it.

Location on Papadiamantis street (main street) was fantastic - right in the middle of town, but thanks to double glazing, quiet. The reception wasn't manned (being end of season), but Nicholas was always prompt to respond to my messages (on WhatsApp). We weren't very happy with the room we'd been given and he arranged for an upgrade and late check out at no extra cost - exceptional service! Had a great short stay.

On arrival the host was very nice, happy and gave good instructions. The room was spotless and clean. Very comfy bed, ac worked brilliantly, great balcony with a stunning view of the lake and green garden. The location for the local beach is great. It’s also super easy to hike / drive to the other more wild / quieter beaches along the coast. The supermarket at the end of the lane was well stocked and very useful. I was expecting it to be fairly noisy due to its location, but it was super quiet.

Vasilis and Maria are the perfect hosts. It felt like I was on holiday in my childhood, they were so kind and always attentive to our needs. The room was perfectly clean, linens and towels fresh. The property is well-located (we have rented a car and there was a parking spot available - but pay attention, it is at the top of a hill) in a beautiful garden. We had all that was needed to prepare breakfast in the room (stove, utensils, pots, plates, cutlery). We also had a nice balcony overlooking Agia Paraskevi beach. The hosts gave us information about all the good places (restaurants and supermarkets). I can't wait to return here.

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious with all facilities required to stay self catering. Having booked an apartment we had a huge balcony overlooking the bay of Kolios which was stunning. The host was very friendly and accommodating and on hand most of the time if you required help or advice and a chat. You are close to sandy beaches and a handful of lovely restaurants with views of the sea and the bus stop No 13 is pretty much at the end of the road.
