We had a fantastic experience here! The room had everything (and more) that we needed, was cleaned to a great standard each day and the staff did all they could to guarantee us a comfortable and wonderful stay. They offered us a lovely breakfast service that included traditional food options for a very fair price which was very convenient and tasty! The jacuzzi was a great bonus!

It’s a fabulous accommodation in the old town just a very short stroll away from Venetian harbour. The room was very well equipped, quiet, amazing shower and very comfortable bed and sofa. Air conditioning was working very well too and the breakfast was superb which was served in the restaurant opposite. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. George, the owner, was very kind, accommodating and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay again.

Really nice apartment, everything is new and nicely designed.Having been to Chania 5 times now, I can say the location is perfect, right in the old town with access to all restaurants and the wonderful little streets, but just on the side so you can access it by car. Parking can be a bit tricky, but I managed to park 2 min away from the apartment every day. Highly recommend, great value !

The manager, Ioannis, was fantastic, from changing my original booking, to keeping in touch re arrival/directions, etc. When I got near to Chania Town in my rental car, I couldn't find parking and got stuck down a one-way street. Ioannis, who had been waiting for me at the Santrivani Rooms came with me to find parking a few blocks away. He couldn't have been a better host. My room was really spacious, nicely decorated, with fridge and a lovely patio to sit and watch the world go by, with a view of the sea at the bottom of the lane. It was so handy and easy to walk around all the little side streets and have dinner around the port area. I'd definitely recommend Santrivani Rooms.
