This was an incredible experience. I will start with the most obvious thing: the service is amazing. Matthew (the host) was amazing during our stay, his availability, kindness and over all attention to your well-being is refreshing. He will help you book trips, plan your days or suggestions for restaurants. The rooms were lovely and the private pools are incredibly relaxing and well maintained. The breakfast is served right on time every day at your room and the pancakes are amazing. Overall, I was completely satistified and this place over extended my expectations. If you need a nice quiet place for your vacations, this place is perfect for you !

The room and property were as advertised. The establishment is mostly family operated. They're very warm and helpful people and make you feel at home. Breakfast was very good as well. They open the restaurant for dinner from 7 to 10 pm but we didn't have the chance to give it a try; we'd always come back late. The ride from Fira is 20-25 min by car depending on the time of the day. We chose this location because it's away from the noise and crowds of Fira and Oia. We had a view of the caldera from our balcony. Free parking. Would definitely stay again at this property.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Santorini Escape! Our stay at Galaria Serenity Suites was amazing! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The suite was cozy, clean, and had the most breathtaking caldera views. Great location, peaceful but close to Fira. Would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

This is a new hotel, so the facilities are very new, and there is a clean swimming pool. You can see the sunrise without any obstructions. The room has a lot of space and the mattress is very comfortable. The room cleaning is very careful every day, and all the towels are very fragrant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area of is very quiet, there are many restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes' walk. It is also very close to FIRA. We prefer and recommend to choose this place compared to the old and small hotels in FIRA downtown.

Everything was excellent. The hostess very friendly. Elegant comfortable room decorated with care and love. (The room was clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was good, the balcony was exceptional). The location was perfect next to the beach and close to Thira. Only a short walk from the Main Street as well. It has everything needed.

We loved it all. The views from the suite are out of this world , the extra large living space ( can easily fit a family of 4-5), large private pool, able to Bluetooth our music too. Oh and the staff was the best. We look forward to coming back again.

We loved everything about our stay at Victoria Caves. From the moment we arrived till the second we left. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Very peaceful and chilled location with easy access to the touristy areas. Breakfast was delivered every morning to our room which we could enjoy on our terrace. Staff were amazing and we couldn’t thank them enough. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.
