Everything but must importantly the helping and ever pleasant behavior of the hosts - Ms. Nino and her husband. Their presence is refreshing. The location is superb, around 2-3 min from the centre. The breakfast is fabulous and contains a lot of variety, including the local cuisines. The apartment is spacious, with all the amenities.

Hosts exceptionally lovely. Guest house/hotel close walking distance to centre and cafes. Very clean, comfortable. Washing machine was a great bonus. Lovely garden to relax. Adorable dog. Highly recommend for a visit to Kutaisi. Thanks for having us.
