The room is very nice and newly refinished and furnished in an old building. It is very clean and quiet. The shower is excellent with very good pressure and hot water. The small kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave is nice to have. The bed is very comfortable and there are electrical outlets beside the bed. Air conditioning and wifi work well. The location is great with many restaurants a couple of blocks away and a short walk to the central park. It's a guesthouse rather than hotel, meaning there is no reception etc, if that matters to anyone. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach by WhatsApp.

The property was in the centre of bakuriani so literally walking distance to everything , the owners were incredibly sweet and very hospitable , the apartment was actually much better than i expected and very spacious ! Will definitely be visiting again 🤍
