Perfect location in the center of Saint Etienne, with cheap parking for the day (3 euros) when booking through booking.com. Penthouse with 2 rooms, small kitchen, nice bathroom and at an extremely reasonable price. A+++

We could not have asked for a better host than Yannick and we would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. From the friendly communication prior to our arrival and Yannick actually coming over to us outside his premise on our arrival with the warmest welcome we knew we had selected the best place for us. He is truly an exceptional host in not only the apartment but also in his restaurant below the apartment. Over the four nights we stayed, we had everything we needed and would have liked to have stayed longer. We even had 3 hot air balloons fly through the valley the first morning of our stay. Yannick made us a beautiful breakfast board to eat in the apartment for our first morning and we enjoyed the next day eating downstairs. The breakfasts were delicious but the lunch at his restaurant was another level above. This is not to mention the friendly locals just across the road at the bakery and convenience store. We were welcomed with friendly smiles everywhere we went. The pastries, baguettes, cheeses and tomatoes were wonderful. The apartment is newly renovated and very comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking is conveniently onsite and close by to Saint Galmier.
