The room was very nice, warm and quiet. I was not expecting much from the sauna but it was brilliant and I had it all to myself. It was a great relaxing experience.

The guy on reception was extremely helpful. We arrived after cycling all day and he couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. He helped us with our bikes into storage and then up to our room. He recommended places to eat that was close and it was perfect Thank you so much for being so kind

The location was perfect, very close to the train station and only 10 minutes walk into town. The apartment itself was comfortable and very clean. There are storage lockers on site which was helpful since we arrived before check in time, although they are very small and difficult to fit suitcases in.

Located very close to train station but at the end of a quite street, room was clean and well presented, it was very modern and stylish, had a boutique feel to it. Shower and bathroom very modern and clean. For contract i stayed the following night in a large hotel for a business conference, the room was 4x more expensive and not as nice or modern.

This residence is located in Rennes, just 600 metres from Rennes Atalante Beaulieu Business Park. It offers modern studios with kitchenette and flat-screen TV.
