An excellent hotel in a prime location. Our room was spacious and immaculate, and the usable rooftop pool in October was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was generous and satisfying. We were also incredibly impressed by the service; our deposit was refunded in less than 24 hours. We look forward to staying here again.

A really great property, I didn't realise until arriving to the property that it was a type of student residence but for me and my friend that was a perfect scenario as it felt really safe. Although catered towards students, it was a very quiet, comfortable and clean place that i highly recommend. There is also a Lidl next door which was great as it meant we had the option to go and buy our breakfast or lunch to take into the city.

For a group of 6 this apartment was the best choice we could have made for Nice. 2 bedrooms with full privacy and a living room with an extendable king size bed which was absolutey perfect. A mini frige, a small stove, a dishwasher (yei!), a coffee machine.. really this apartment was so well thought for a family and it was good value for money. In 15 minutes (walking) you are in the city centre of nice. Across the street is a huge carrefour (breakfast sorted) and a mall which offers a good choice of shops. Lastly, I need to give a shout to the receptionists. Everyone was so, so kind - offered us an early check-in, helped out with a public transport card, at our disposal with any questions we had!

Very good location if you travel by plane - walking distance (5-7 minutes) to airport terminal 1. Good communication by public transport with the city center - tram stop withing 5-10 min by walk. Quite new apart hotel with all necessary amenities in the room: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, mini kitchen. Very clean and spacious room. Do not eat breakfast, so cant say anything. several bars and cafes around if you would like to eat.

We were looking for an aparthotel and this facility fit our requirements. The Hotel is easy to access and near to transport facilities. The rooms are adequate and have reasonable facilities.

This is an aparthotel. The beds were good, there were basic cooking facilities and equipment though not needed. Room clean and bathroom/shower good. Small balcony was above a busy road but baffled by trees. Absolutely quiet when door was closed. Lifts fine. Nice swimming pool on roof. Breakfasts were good - ours were part of our booking price which was good because at 18 Euros a pop I thought them overpriced. We were very pleased with the place, the price and the overall experience.
