We had nice welcome with refreshing drink. Room was clean, comfortable and calm. Location is 20 min walk towards opera/tourist office. As alternative, tram is around 5-10 min away. Place is calm and has food shop at next building. We stayed at hot period, AC worked perfectly!

I didn't have breakfast at the premises. The staff were exemplary, courteous and professional at all times. The room was spotless and the bathroom was perfect. Location was excellent and checking in/out was smooth. I would return and recommend.
