We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautifully decorated, well equipped and in our case with big windows and a balcony facing the beach and sea with lovely views. Staff was very helpful and assisted with arranging bike rental. Bikes were delivered to us. Can totally recommend moving around by bike to go to restaurants, shops and beaches nearby and just to see all the beautiful streets and houses of the idyllic town. There are great bike lanes everywhere. Downstairs ice cream kiosk had delicious ice creams too. I will definitely stay here if I ever come to Arcachon again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, beside a lovely square and a short walk to the beach. I would happily recommend to anyone!

Everything was great! The hotel and the rooms look gorgeous, the pool is very nice and clean, the location is very good, very close to the ocean-shore and convenient to get to the town too! The hotel allows stay with animals, and leaves equipment and little gifts for them too. We found out the hotel had availability to stay for one more day, and so decided to stay!

Travelling from Ireland, Arcachon is the perfect location, a train away from Bordeaux. Warm welcome from the reception on arrival, happy to give advice on things to do & how to get there. Hotel is ideally situated in front of the sea, in the city center. Arcachon has a lot to offer with a vast variety of restaurants for everybody's taste. One of the reason we went there was to also go to the "Pyla dunes" which are the highest dunes in Europe. Absolutely amazing. It cost 2EUR public bus ticket, regular journeys (approx every hour), the tourist office is situated near the train station. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The apartment was very nice, clean & good facilities. It was good value for money. It was not ideal for us as very quiet and not close to local transport but if we had a car it would have been better

Our 8th visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it just gets better every time . Everyone was so kind and really went above and beyond to help us celebrate . Thank you so much . Great accommodation with everything you could need and a big comfortable bed with lovely linens . Big shout out to the housekeeping staff . How they manage to keep everything so immaculate with sand and grit all around the facility is a triumph . They deserve a medal ! Fabulous restaurant with great food and wine choices and caring attentive staff . They were all so kind and generous to us . Made our anniversary a very special and memorable night ! Perfectly situated with supermarket , boulangerie , restaurants all within walking distance and lovely cycle tracks and walks on the door step . We took the dog to Truc Verte which was beautiful . We didn’t use the spa but it looked beautiful We can’t recommend this wonderful place highly enough.
