The location was central and good, we enjoyed a lot the small details(instax camera to take with us, online yoga class, welcome chocholate), the apartment is super clean and stylish, everything was good quality and the bed is comfortable. This was hands down one of the best accommodations I've stayed at in Europe!! Had everything we could possibly need - a comfy bed, laundry detergent, towels, shower gels, shampoo, pots, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea bags, free chocolate, an eco bag, and so much more. The location was perfect, with a tram stop just 1 min away and a 24hr supermarket nearby, just beyond my expectations! The contactless check-in and check-out process was seamless, and having a concierge available during specific hours was a nice one as we stored our luggage until we check-in. We opted for a unit with a sauna, and it was absolutely amazing!!! I also found whatsapp reminders for check-in and updates during our stay were super helpful. Much thanks to Bob W - you guys are awesome!

Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was great and near a beautiful ice rink. It was the small touches like the welcome chocolate and delicious teas and coffee that made our stay even more special. Bob W also provided other services (yoga etc) but we didn't have time unfortunately. Well done Bob W for making our stay so special.
