Great location. Museums and city center within walking distance. Quick and efficient customer service via what’s up. Staff at location was great 👍 We had an issue with slow Wi-Fi when we arrived in the evening. Called Bob and Sunday morning Bob (Anna) boosted the Wi-Fi. Super happy! Cozy apartment with everything you need and all utensils you need for cooking. Comfortable bed . A really great stay and we will visit Bob wherever he is 😎

We stayed two nights in Madrid, and the hotel’s location was key, as we could do everything on foot. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They offered free black coffee, hot water, juice, mini muffins, and biscuits in the morning, and a glass of wine at night. The room was spacious and cozy. The only issue was with the air conditioning, which was hard to adjust to our liking.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had two stays, one during the first days and the second after visiting other tourist spots. They kept our luggage for us during that period, which allowed us (with two small children) to make our trip more comfortably. The paid breakfast is a 10. And the terrace at the end of the day was dreamy. I recommend enjoying this hotel.

We had small inconvenience when I arrived but the staff was very responsive and helped me immediately. The room was very clean, the bed is super comfortable. Very close to metro and a bus stop. Big supermarket 6 min away from the apartment. Was surprised by how the room looked like in real life. It exceeded my expectations. Especially nowadays, when a lot of accommodations post too retouched photos.

Best location you could ask for, in the heart of Gran Via. My flat was super nice, tastefully furnished, clean and with an amazing natural light. The flat was 100% soundproof and I’ve always slept super good, with zero noises from the street. As mentioned before, it’s settled in the most central area of Madrid, walking distance basically from everywhere, with metro at 50 meters and full of restaurants and bar. Staff was very polite and helpful too. Thank you, I totally recommend it!
