Apartment was clean and specious for our family of 6. We were over in late November so it was lovely and quiet and windy as the place is up the hill. There is a little supermarket on site and it has everything you need including fresh pastries and bread in the morning. Staff very nice and very helpful.

It exceeded my expectation, so I am giving 10. It's exhotel which sold the rooms / appartments to private owners. - very good price - big, nice and clean appartment - good bed - great pool bar and 3 swimming pools - good communication with owner and earlier check-in - well furnished

We stayed at Hotel Ventus for one night since we had a very early flight back home from Tenerife South Airport and needed to check out at 4 in the morning. For this purpose Hotel Ventus is a perfect choice, close to the Airport, you can check in online and check out by dropping the card in the box at the reception. The room was clean, we found everything we needed there. The receptionist was also super helpful and even assisted us with the Taxi Booking.
